What the DUTCH test measures (and why blood work misses it)

Cortisol metabolites: the 24-hour picture a morning blood draw can't show

The creatinine correction in the DUTCH results is worth understanding. Urine concentration varies with hydration, so raw hormone levels would mislead without adjustment.
